Low tide walk 10th July - 'Revive the Lerret'
A celebration of the lerret on the Esplanade, Chesil Cove, 10am to 5pm. This is part of the Spirit of the Sea Festival. There will be an exhibition showcasing the lerret and you will be able to see a lerret in action. Also stories by local fishermen and sea shanties by Island Voices. Refreshments will be available. Low tide walk

17th July - Low tide walk
Join us on a walk around the shore of the lower Fleet, looking at the underwater life exposed at low tide. See anenomies, sea squirts, crabs and much more with our local guide. Meet at the Chesil Beach Centre at 2pm. Adults £3, Childen £2.

Fossil walk

23rd July - Fossils at Herbury
As the tide falls leaving the foreshore exposed this is the perfect time to explore the exposed seabed for fossils. Join one of our guides who can help you identify your finds. Meet at the field gate just before the Moonfleet Hotel at 10am. Adults £3, Children £2.
