2nd February - West Fleet walk
Join the warden on a walk in this secluded part of the Fleet taking in the birds, plants and geology. Meet in the Abbotsbury Swannery car park at 10am. Adults £2.50, children £1.50. It is advisable to wear wellies, particularly if the weather has been wet.

Fossil walk

9th February - Fossil walk
Meet at the end of Camp Road, Wyke Regis, at 2pm. The walk will look at the fossils of Pirates Cove and is approximately 2 miles long. It is advisable to wear wellies. Adults £3, Children £2.

Please note that all events are subject to change. Please contact the Visitors Centre beforehand to ensure the event is still as planned. On the day, the event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or insufficient attendance.
The West Fleet is less well known than the Lower Fleet between Ferrybridge and the Bridging Camp. It is very shallow, very secluded, and supports a wide variety of plants and birds. The walk on the 2nd is an ideal way to get acquainted with the wildlife of the area.
