	2nd - World Wetlands Day There will be displays at the Chesil Beach Centre to mark World Wetlands Day. For background information click here.
	13th - Fossils at Ferrybridge During spring tides more of the Fleet foreshore is exposed, so now is the perfect time to to explore for fossils. Join one of our guides who will help identify your finds. Meet at the Crab House Cafe at 11am.
	20th - West Fleet Walk Chesil and the Fleet are one of Europe's most important marine reserves. On this walk we take a look at one of the more secluded parts of the Fleet. Meet at Abbotsbury Swannery at 10am.

Please note that all events are subject to change. Please contact the Visitors Centre beforehand to ensure the event is still as planned. On the day, the event may be cancelled due to inclement weather or insufficient attendance.

Standard charges for walks are children £2, adults £3.

The Fleet foreshore is not as well known as the coastline further north-west for fossils, but there are still many to be found. Of particular interest are the micro-fossils which are found in some numbers in this area. Why not come along and see what you can find.
