The parties will look favourably on requests for use of material from the website for most commercial uses of such material provided that:
Permission is sought from the parties via ed@chesilbeach.org before using the material
The source of the material is appropriately acknowledged
In the case of pictures the name of the copyright holder appears alongside each picture
Where appropriate, an agreed sum of money is paid to the parties to assist the work of the Fleet and Swannery Trust, a charitable trust set up to further the protection of swans and other birds on the Fleet. It also aids the conservation of Chesil Beach and the Fleet.
